Design of an exhibition catalogue / catalogue raisonné with an insert of recent sketches by the Cologne-based artist Marina Brunori. The catalogue is devoted to Marina’s small-format works. The page layout is guided by the organic arrangement of the works within her curated space (studio). By incorporating the real proportional relationships between space and object, the catalogue becomes an authentic adaptation of the studio environment. In developing the catalogue format, the print dimensions were closely aligned with the proportions of one of Marina’s works. The images were positioned as if they were “hanging” in the studio itself. In this way, a holistic sense of harmony emerges, extending the representation of Marina’s practice beyond the mere reproduction of individual works.
